Credit Card
 We accept all major Indian and International credit cards like Visa, Master, American Express, and Diners Club Card. The authorization is done via the online payment gateway. We currently have two payment options:

Option I – Choose this payment option if you wish to pay through an international credit card. You can pay here in any international currency (USD, EURO, PS, JY...) including Indian Rupees. The customers who choose this option will be billed in their credit card statements for payment made to “2checkout.com”. Payment for this option can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands.

Option II - Choose this payment option if you wish to pay using an Indian credit card, which accepts payment in Indian Rupees only. International credit card holders can also use this option if they have trouble using the first option. This is our merchant account. The customers who choose this option will be billed in their credit card statements for payment made to “India Domain Web Services Private Limited”.Payment for this option can be made via Visa or MasterCard only.

Checks, Demand Drafts, Bankers Check
Customers who do not have the option or do not wish to use their credit card for payment can choose to send their payments through checks / demand drafts / pay orders / bankers check. Send the payment to “jagdambapearls.com Private Limited”, payable at Hyderabad, India. Please include your name and order# at the back of the check/DD

Cash On Delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is the mode of payment wherein you can select to pay the order amount on receipt of the goods at your end. Please note, the COD facility is currently available for delivery in select cities of India.

Wire Transfer
This facility is limited to select International Customers after a prior approval only. Customers interested in payment through this mode may contact us for details.

For certain high value orders we may request a payment credit to be made directly into our account. The credit via this mode is received in less than 48 hours ensuring timely deliveries. The wire fees payable may be deducted from the total due payment and should not exceed 8% of the total order amount. For example if your order amount is 500.00 USD and the wire fees payable is 50.0 USD, the customers can get a benefit of maximum 40.0 USD (8% of 500.0 USD).

E-checks
This facility allows online payment through checks. We will soon be integrating this facility on our store.

We adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information such as your credit card number is protected.

Our CCPC (credit card processing company) do not disclose the credit card number of the customers to their merchants. Customers are advised not to enter their credit card details in a place other than in the secured payment page provided by our CCPC. Also never disclose your credit card number to a person, even if someone pose to be speaking on our behalf. We never ever require your credit card number and never ask from our customers to mention it over phone or send it via e-mail.

Stringent measures from our CCPC ensure that the customer's credit card details are kept secure while transacting on the net, preventing unauthorized access. Our CCPC(s) adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and 128-bit encryption to ensure security of online transactions.

The software, installed at the stronghold web server encrypts transaction information using 280 bit RSA before passing it through an SSL pipe using 128-bit encryption.  The data is stored at the payment gateway’s own state of the art data center, secured by sophisticated firewalls and other network security infrastructure. Physical access to the data center is restricted by use of biometrics. The gateway employs both software and hardware encryption to ensure the highest level of security.

Replacement - items not received in good condition
In case of perishable items, the request for replacement should be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of the items. In case of all other items, the request for return / exchange should be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of the items. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.

Refund against non-delivery (delivery through courier)
For delivery of goods through courier, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order. In case the delivery is not executed at all, the customers can request for refund against the non-delivered goods.

Refund against cancelled orders
For all the approved cancellations the order amount will be refunded in full.

Partial-Refunds
In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not done for certain items, customers will be refunded against the non-delivered goods or services.
